I know you want to show off your RSS feed numbers now that Feedburner allows those numbers to be shown through their API or chicklet interface but your first have to increase RSS readership, If a person is reading your posts though a third-party reader, they are missing out of all that on-site advertising that you have worked so hard at blending and positioning correctly. All those readers see is the text of your post. Nothing else. So , you need to do something , because the rss feed can be well monetized if you work a little harder.
